We respect your time and are committed to delivering every order with exceptional care and punctuality.

Terms and Conditions

  • Minimum order amount: €110

  • Delivery costs: €2/km (within the region)

  • Same-day delivery: available for orders placed before 12:00 p.m.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 p.m.: can be scheduled for delivery the following day with overnight delivery charges.

Route changes

If the delivery route changes or incurs additional costs, an additional fee of €2/km will be applied, as well as any related costs.

Special Instructions

Please indicate any special requests in the “Delivery Instructions” field when placing your order. We will do our best to meet your requirements.

Order Issues

If you notice an error or a missing item in your order, please notify us within 24 business hours of the scheduled delivery date.

No charges will be made for items that are undelivered or incorrect.

  • BluebellBouquet's liability is limited to the value of the products concerned and the delivery costs.

Unexpected Delays

In the event of adverse weather conditions or other events beyond our control, delays may occur. We will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule delivery.

Absence of the Recipient

If delivery cannot be made due to the recipient's absence, we reserve the right to charge the full price of perishable items as well as delivery costs.

Cancelation Policy

Orders can be canceled up to 24 hours before the requested delivery time. Please contact us by email or phone to cancel.

If we have already ordered the flowers from the supplier or if the order is in production or being shipped, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.

Replacement & Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your flowers. Please inspect your order upon receipt.

  • You have 24 hours after receipt to request a replacement.

  • Flowers must be returned in their original condition and packaging (without cut stems or damage).

  • Contact us at bluebellbouquett@gmail.com with photos/videos so that our quality control team can assess the situation.

If the replacement is approved, we will send a substitute product. If the same product is no longer available, we will offer an alternative of similar value.
Please do not throw away any damaged flowers—we will collect them when we deliver the new order.

Returns not notified in advance will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

As our products are perishable, we do not offer refunds unless:

  • We are unable to process or deliver your order as described.

  • The product does not meet the promised specifications.

In these cases, we offer a replacement or an alternative product. Please note that refunds to international accounts may vary slightly due to currency fluctuations and bank fees.

If you wish to change your order for other reasons, we can issue a store credit instead of a refund.
If the order is already in production or shipped, the shipping/return costs will be deducted from the credit.

Refunds (in rare cases) to the original payment method may take up to 45 days.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, returns are not accepted for floral products.

Accessories and non-perishable items may be returned within 14 days of ordering.
You will be refunded the price paid as well as the standard delivery costs.
